Previous attempt to improve Klavika rending on Windows Chrome by using SVG versions and also trying woff2 version. The SVG support is being dropped by Chrome so these files probably aren't needed. The current solution/hack for the font rendering is to rotate headings by 0.1 degrees to force antialiasing to kick in.

Allow related case studies to be picked manually for expertise and client pages.

Multiple styling fixes, including a hack-fix for bad Klavika font rendering on Windows + Chrome (see common.less).
